Fall tour with Static Radio NJ
We've already played a lot of shows together with New Jersey's Static Radio, but we figured we should do some more. From September 29th to October 16th we will hit the Snelwegen, Autobahns, Motorways and Autoroutes with them. We're very happy to work with No Decline bookings for this tour. New bass player
Last but not least at all: we found a new bass player! During the last 1,5 month over 30 people from all over the world responded to our call. We are incredibly thankful for all the applications, kind words and other support! Our new member’s name is Glen and from December on we will be doing shows with him. He has been playing bass and singing in bands for over 10 years, with a background in punk, hardcore and hiphop and experience as a full time promoter. In stead of the usual high-fiving on the deal, we forced him to sign a contract for life.

LOOKING BACK AND FORWARD: WHAT A YEAR IT WAS & WILL BE!
Looking back on 2011 proves we had a busy year. We did around 110 shows, including the support for Boysetsfire on their reunion tour, for Rise Against on their biggest German show to date, and for De Heideroosjes on their farewell tour. 2011 brought us to new places like Russia, Greece, Hungary and Scotland, and saw us play at Eurosonic/Noorderslag, Riez Open Air and the Jupiter Singfest for the first time. The year started with our van passing the 500.000 km mark, and we ended the year with a steady 545.000 on the meter. This does not even include our trips to Russia and Greece, which we did by plane.

We sure made a lot of miles in 2011, literally and figuratively. We’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who helped make this possible: promoters, people coming to the shows, helping hands on tour, and in special Sylvia and Jacho at Destiny, Glenn and Sandro at Mighty Vision, Vladimir and Sergej at Play It Loud, Apostolis at WAK, Etjen at Just Like Your Mom for always thinking along and our steady tour-help Thomas.
Something we are neither proud nor ashamed of: this year we played with 4 different bass players (thank you Tom, Tim and stand-in Koen!), resulting in Glen as our steady new bass player. In 2011 we also released our first ever music video.

While we can look back happily on a busy and hectic 2011, we prefer to look forward and focus on what is yet to come. Here’s what we have planned for 2012 so far. More to come!

On January 1st we launched our new website, something we’ve been looking forward to for a while. More new territory: On February 1st our latest album “Start From Scratch!” will be released in South America through Undermusic Records (Mute, Forus, End of Pipe). South America has been on our radar for a long time now, and we’re very glad to get our music out there. A South American tour will follow.

While it may seem that we are laying low (our last tour was in December) we are actually planning more than ever: tours, releases and new recordings!

Fest 11 + USA Tour
Can we get a drum roll please? The biggest and best news by far is the tour that we have planned for October and November. After 4 years of absence, we will finally return on American soil. We have been confirmed to play the almighty Fest 11 in Gainesville, and we will be touring the USA on our way down to Fest. Details to be confirmed.
Re-releases “Start From Scratch!” and “Testimony”
Since all LPs of “Start From Scratch!” and all CDs and LPs of “Testimony” are out of stock, we decided to run a second pressing of both albums together with our friends at Shield Recordings. The 350 gatefold LPs of “Start From Scratch!” will be “seein’ red” and “Testimony” will see a reincarnation of 250 LPs in the “grey area”. The 500 “Testimony” CDs will be a jewel case edition.

Pre-production, recordings and EP
Having written half a new album already, we decided to book some studio dates. In May we will record these songs to prepare ourselves for the recordings of our fourth full length album next winter. 2 of those new songs will end up on an EP which will be released later this year. Details to be confirmed.

Fresh EP and tour of the Americas: USA (incl Fest!), Canada, Brazil
Shit is hitting the fan. After a period of single shows, festivals and writing music, we’re back out there with our new “Future History” EP and a tour through North and South America.

Future History EP
We will record a new full length album this winter and release it spring 2013. In preparation we have been writing, rehearsing and recording new music over the last months. In anticipation of the new album we are releasing an EP with 2 new songs and 2 bonus tracks on September 28th. “Future History” will be released in cooperation with Shield Recordings, Destiny Records, No Reason Records, Lockjaw Records and Angry Chuck Records throughout Europe and Russia.

Americas tour
With a release of “Start from Scratch!” in both the USA and Brazil it is about time to go there. What better occasion than The Fest XI to do so? Before we play Fest we will be touring from Canada to Florida with After the Fall, Anchors and The Stereo State. After Fest we will fly out to Brazil for another leg of dates:
