In the past months we have worked hard on a new lineup for the Denovali Swingfest 2010. For the first time we're setting the Swingfest up on two days. We hope you enjoy the lineup as much as we do - 18 bands from 9 different countries. We're trying to make it kind of special for you with one time only collaborations, new bands that never played in Germany, or extended livesets you can't see at normal club shows. The set of each band is definitely as long as a single club show.

Like last year we're selling the tickets up front via www.denovali.com/swingfest (and for the first time also via official ticketshops) - after you have placed the order you'll get an automatically generated e-mail with the payment details. Since we don't know how many people are interested in visiting the festival we like to warn you that it maybe makes sense to order early. The Swingfest 2009 was sold out pretty quickly. The venue is definitely bigger than last year – but if we sell all tickets up front there will be no additional ones available at the doors in October.

This year we can't offer you sleeping accomodations in the venue – but on our homepage you'll find a list of cheap and hopefully good hostels. All further questions are explained at the Swingfest website as well.

65daysofstatic cancellation: due to technical reasons we can't set up the show with 65dos in the venue. we definitely tried everything - but their technical requirements for an acceptable show and the equipment we can offer don't match up. it simply would be way to expensive for us to rent the additional elements they need. sorry!

Da kann man ja gar nicht von Ersatz sprechen. Das ist ne klare Verbesserung des Line-Ups, auch wenn ich über 65days... nicht bös gewesen wäre Nachdem Daturah letztes Jahr ja kurzfristig ausgefallen sind, ist das ne schöne nachträgliche Weidergutmachung

hey again! sadly, THE PIRATE SHIP QUINTET had to cancel their participation because of private reasons. but.... the amazing people in YNDI HALDA who normally would have been at next year's agenda with their performance decided to fill the gap. a huge thank you to james for making it possible that quickly! it's always a pleasure with you guys.

we also finally finished the time schedule. every band will get the time it wants to have for playing. so no headliner or co headliner tralala at this fest.

thanks a lot for the great feedback so far! without you this fest couldn't happen. the bands and we really appreciate this support.

Hey

Only a few days left until the Swingfest and we are working heavily on the last preparations. There are still tickets left and there will be tickets available at the door (28 Euro one day/45 Euro both days).

You can still preorder tickets (25 Euro one day/40 Euro both days) via www.denovali.com/swingfest, but we have to receive your payment until Thursday, 7 October, otherwise your preorder will be cancelled and you have to buy a normal and more expensive ticket at the door.

This means that you can preorder tickets via German bank transfer until Tuesday, and that you can preorder tickets via Paypal until Thursday. It is not possible any more to preorder tickets via European or international bank transfer.
