Nö, der Titeltrack von Dead Trees ist Bombe!

Alleine die Squealies werten den Song ab. Und die Gesangsmelodien erinnern mich irgendwie stellenweise eher an Papa Roach als an sonstwas.

Der neue United Nations-Song ist jetzt übrigens da.

The debut full-length from Less Art is called Strangled Light and it is coming soon via Gilead Media. The band features Jon and Ian from Kowloon Walled City, Riley and Ed from Thrice, and Mike from Curlupanddie/Puig Destroyer. Details forthcoming. Blurb from the band:

Hi, all. We just wanted to give you a little post-holiday/pre-apocalypse update on what’s going on with us. If you didn’t catch the news that leaked out amidst the holiday noise, our debut LP will be called Strangled Light, and it is scheduled to come out on Gilead Media in late spring or early summer. Scott Evans (Kowloon Walled City, Ghoul, Puig Destroyer) is mixing the record now and Jacob van Loon (Explosions in the Sky, Some Stranger) is working on the design. We're really excited about how everything is coming together, and can’t wait to start sharing music with you. We should have a firm release date, pre-order details, and a first taste of the record fairly soon.

ui.. mich freut das sehr. Eine große Band, die trotz unterschiedlicher Inkarnationen immer ernstnehmbar und glaubwürdig blieb. Das mit dem "Haare ab" überrascht mich etwas und ich werde Kyle wohl noch eine Weile mit langen Haaren im Kopf haben.. Aber was solls, ich freu mich auf neue Mucke
